8.8/10 Excellent! (578 reviews)

9/10 Wonderful! (2,661 reviews)
The room had a bit of a bad smell...like a dirty mop was used to clean the floors. Also, no coffee machine in the room...no that doesn't sound like much, but really nice to have.

"The hotel truly lives up to its promised standard; however, unfortunately, there were ants in the rooms I stayed in—both the first one and the second one (after I asked to switch)—which is a shame."
