"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

"Our room has a nice view of the lake. The Japanese breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hot bath was a bit small. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay."

"12th floor onsen view was truly breathtaking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Candeo Hotel was a great hotel chain with high quality amenities. Parking was free and very easy. Thank you for the great stay."

"Very difficult to find the location as it it’s nestled in The Forest within a maze of small roads. No laundry readily available and only 2 green tea bags supplied for my three day stay. That said, it is a beautiful location within the forest. Could make it more friendly for international guests with various translations, like 90% of other Japanese accomodations. If you are over 6feet tall (181cm) watch your head walking through doorways 😜"

"Decent place but I would probably not stay here again. The mattress felt like a box spring and was very hard, the walls were stained and the wallpaper was ripping in some areas, the walls were thin so you can easily here rooms beside you talking, on top of the fridge and desk there was dust and it looked like that hadn’t been wiped down in a while and my rooms floor had a black spot stains. I don’t think it was worth the price and I would rather spend a little more next time to get a better place to stay. It is close to family mart, the Train Station, Sekicho Park, and many restaurants! The staff were very nice, even though there was a language barrier they were patient with me and helped me out a lot!"
