「Slice of south Ga heaven! This property and home has so much charm and everything you need for a relaxing and tranquil vacation. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, plenty of linens, internet is good for streaming and remote work, and the home is perfect for entertaining or big families. 「The pictures of the property were very appealing. Once I arrived the pictures did not do the property in my opinion justice of the surrounding canopy of trees, palm fronds and just how much of an actual retreat the property is. I throughly enjoyed the time spent and was able to decompress in the quiet and beautiful spaces that the Satilla River Cabin has available. 」

「This is definitely a hidden gem. The beds are comfortable which is a blessing to someone with a bad back. Our host was most helpful by having clear check-in and out directions. They had the lights turned on welcoming us in after dark. I would definitely rebook this location. Southern hospitality with just enough homey touches that makes me feel like I am visiting family. 」

「We loved the cabin. Walked to the lake on the first day and was surprised that the walkway just ended in the weeds with no dock or cleared bank. Maybe there was another path we didn't see. Was not a big deal. We ended up spending our time in the cabin and exploring the surrounding communities. Overall great experience and would reccommend this property.」

「Absolutely PERFECT home where a group of adult siblings could act like kids again! The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming! Probably the best stocked rental I have experienced! Including the outside with several sitting areas, gas grill for cooking, outdoor TV, beautiful pool, and great outdoor dining! Quiet and private location. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property for a much needed siblings getaway! We will definitely be back for more fun!」
