Great amenities in the room, very clean except huge stains on the ceiling of all places, like someone had splashed cola. There’s a whole racket to sign up for their loyalty program in order to check in an hour earlier than normal.

Hotel is minutes away from Nagoya station, shinkansen side, so it was convenient. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was clean.
