良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it was fantastic. It had hot and cold items, real honeycomb, baked goods, multiple types of yogurt, and coffee machines. The pool was nice enough, and the loungers were good and comfortable. It is a busy area, and the hotel does what it can for guests, and did provide parking for our wheelchair needs (but it wasn't designated). The cleaning staff was great, and the bar was a nice option if you want something by the pool.
The room has a nice balcony, but only a few have views (the outside rooms), we had to complain about the AC, and it was addressed, but the system is too old, and it only does so much. The TV was ancient, and couldn't attach to any devices.
Basically the staff was great, and do their best for an older hotel, but the facilities need to be updated for us to come back.
