「Very nice」

「Solo female traveller here! I felt extremely safe at Thamel Hostel and Spa. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Relatively cheap accommodation, quiet, outdoor patio, and good location. I would definitely stay again. 」

「It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owner Shalik and his staff are very professional and responsible to all their guest. They will do all possible things to make ur stay memorable. I stayed at the Mt. Everest room which is located at the 5th floor, very quiet and peaceful room. Despite Shalik busy schedule, he will always give u a time if u need something with regards to any advice, planning and budgeting there in kathmandu. 「I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Stayed for 14 days there, and was really welcomed by their staff and the owner. Met a lot of interesting people at their roof top, and had awesome meals too. The hostel is not exactly in Thamel but it's 5 minutes walking from it, from all bars, restaurants, stores, bakerys and night life. The staff from the hostel helped me to book my trekking that was perfect and with all the other travels and adventures i did in Nepal.」

「We didn't stay here as theyr waa no communications at all and we couldn't find the sray at all and we were left out. So very very disappointed」

"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved them. More than anything, the staff was great. So friendly kind, polite and supportive. It made our stay perfect. "
