「Absolutely stunning views to begin with. The property is kept in pristine condition. The services are exceptional. Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The breakfast was amazing with variety of preparations in both Indian and continental facets. The head chef, was particularly watchful. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely...

「Budget friendly accommodation. Children (2 nos.) bunk bed was quite temporary and unsafe in the particular room provided. Lower charges room (hut type) were somewhat better than family room having higher charges with unsafe bunk bed.」

「The staff were very kind and helpful. Helped us explore the entire location. I highly recommend it. Best stay ever!!!」

「All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. 」

「車で細い道をだいぶ走ります。木々に囲まれたロッジホテルです。部屋は清潔で快適でした。朝食のバフェは、あまり種類がありません。木々に囲まれているので、落ち着きます。」

「Great」

「It's a cozy stay.. Will visit again ❤️」

「The moment we entered it smells weirdly. Some of staff was friendly but one sitting on restaurant billing counter was not friendly. Rooms were okaish and no where justifies $115/night. Staff should」

「I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different」

「Good」

「This was one of the most amazing experiences in Uttarakhand. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner was cordial and very helpful over the phone. The highlight, however, was the exceptional customer service. The on-site manager, Manjit, and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our glamping experience comfortable and memorable. Manjit also prepared delicious food, so I highly recommend dining at the property instead of going...

「Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks. After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site. The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady.」

「Wonderful service - everyone at the hotel is so helpful. Amazing views from the room. Variety of.excellent food at the hotel. I highly recommend 」

「Great staff. Very responsive and respectful 」

「First of all, the details says its close to the Mall in Mussoorie. In reality, its a good 5 minute walk to the hotel! It is in one corner with minimal lighting, and as a group of women travelers, we were a little scared to be honest! There didn't seem to be anyone else in the "hotel" and our night stay was a little tense. And there was no mention of Treebo anywhere, which surprised us as the booking was made assuming there will be some standards to Treebo! The rooms had insects around and the...
