"WritingWe had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. One of our favorite features was the beautiful lake view from the backyard, along with the relaxing sound of the waves along the shore. It made for such a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.The home was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the thoughtful little goodie bag of assorted items waiting for us was a nice touch. We especially appreciated that the home was pet-friendly, as we travel everywhere with our dog. It’s always a bonus to find a place where our furry family member is welcome, too! The king-sized bed was soft and comfortable, and the host responded to my questions within a reasonable time frame.One helpful tip for future guests: bring flip-flops for the shower! The pebbled shower floor is literally like standing on rocks, so it may not be the most comfortable experience for everyone.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful touches, and beautiful lakeside setting. It was a lovely place to unwind, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially those traveling with their pets!"

"We had a lovely weekend up north. This is an older home with plenty of big comfy beds and places to sit in the family room. It is right next to a fairly busy highway and train tracks but we just shut the windows at night to keep the noise level down. Price level for this property was very good and we were happy with our stay. Very nice. Thank you"

"My family and I were very pleased with everything at the cabin. There was a road detour that we all navigated fine other than that everything was perfect. I would suggest some upkeep with the stairs going out to the fire pit."

"The pictures do not do this house and location justice! The house is great, the beds are comfy, the location and sound of the waves are amazing! The house is right on Lake Michigan. I would stay here again with my family anytime! We spent our time relaxing on the beach and in the water!"

"One of the most relaxing stays we have had. And only a few minutes from town. We had a boat with us and this place worked great for that.
