The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning — directly overlooking the Pyramids, which made the stay even more special. The staff were very polite, respectful, and always ready to help. They responded to all our requests immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Overall the hotel is suitable for low budget stay with decent rooms. Room and bathrooms are fine and towels provided. Working AC in all rooms. Extra amenities can sometimes be provided on request e.g kettle for the room.
Cleaning must be requested.
Breakfast is a little limited but alright - cheese, sliced ham, yogurt, breads, omelette (cooked to order), falafel.
Staff were friendly and did their best to be helpful. Can exchange money, book tours, and arrange taxis.
Surrounding area is noisy but to be expected for centre of city.
