「I left my wallet in a taxi but the hotel staff were really kind to call the taxi company and I was able to get it back safely.
The only thing is there was no soap for hand washing in a lavatory.」

「My family and I were in town for an event in Cleveland and we found this gem about 10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were greeted with bottles of water and a snack. Hot and cold breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again.」
「This property was remodeled. The staff was super friendly and nice. The AC was in a weird spot, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little too low for me but the water was hot. Other than that for a short stay it was comfortable, affordable, and someplace I will come back to. 」
「This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with...
「My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay」
「Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....
