Un hotel que responde a una cadena internacional en una de las ciudades más grandes de Latinoamérica, es INACEPTABLE que tengan cortes de luz, 4 en 5 días… y los argumentos y excusas son risibles. Las personas que sirven el desayuno no saben lo que es una sonrisa ni responden con amabilidad. Las que si son muy amables, al menos las del piso 3, son las señoras de limpieza."

"Everything we needed and more was at this hotel. Close to the sites and many bakeries close by. Room was large and very comfortable with a full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Buenos Aires!"

"Minuses: Hotel needs maintenance work. Cold shower water, safe not working. Street music and noise from restaurants in front of hotel until 3:00 am. Pluses : Close walking distance to several cafes and sites. Recoleta park and area is very nice."
