"We stayed at Motel On Alpine for a short overnight stay. We arrived around 5:00 PM and left at approximately 6:30 AM the following morning, so we did not have the opportunity to use or comment on any other facilities. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The fridge exterior was visibly dirty and appeared unmaintained. "We have stayed at Alpine River Cottages many times over the years, and for a good reason. The location is central to both Bright and Myrtleford, without the business of either town. The cottages overlook the tranquil Ovens River, where in Summer you can swim and enjoy the natural surrounds.
