With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good for the price

The room was neat and relativly clean. A few of the fixtures and door handles need to be replaced. It was a bit weird that 1 outlet did not work and there were no charging stations or ports for phones.

Bad mattress

The property restricts toilet paper like we are children the mattress are very very very hard ! Not comfortable for five days ,.. oh and you have yo take your towels down to from desk to get clean ones. Ridiculous 😡… policy needs to be changed

Good place to stay for price

The location of the property is very convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room is as described, but the property could use some updates. AC unit is very loud and the exterior door has to be slammed or pulled really hard to close. The security lock is broken. Considering the price of the room, it was reasonable. The room was clean.

Nice and cute!

We stayed one night for a quick getaway. We had a nice night. I would just recommend that caulking be put around the tub where it meets the floor. Other than that room came with free mini golf and breakfast so that was cool.

4 days of fun

pictures and descriptions of property was accurate. 9th floor so very fast elevators were great. The whole hotel was very tidy and clean. staff was very friendly. Stove top and microwave were like brand new. This is our only small knock-on the room Fridge has seen its better days. Some felt sliders on chairs would be a nice touch with hardwood floors. Great value will stay here again.

The hotel was nice. Rooms clean. Our kitchen was kinda falling apart but they fixed what needed to be fixed to be able to use it fine. Our shower head was broken so the water pressure wasn’t great. View from the hotel was great! Our stay included so much! Free water park mini golf breakfast and so so much more worth it. Overall a great stay just a few things weren’t ideal. Hoping next year these are not an issue. (:

Exceptional

Everything was absolutely amazing for my partner and I on our spontaneous short get away. The room was extremely clean and perfect for the two of us. The resort was easy to find and the check in process was extremely quick and informative. Very close to everything. The free breakfast at magnolias was a plus and very good food! Only thing that I would have changed was that the parking garage was a little further than expected.

Beautiful views of the beach with sunrise views.

Property is well maintained. The included breakfast was a nice benefit, but can get crowded at peak times. Location was nice, it is a nice beach walk to the wheel and boardwalk, a little long for some, but a nice walk.

Nice stay

Check in was easy. The view from the room is amazing. The room is nothing fancy but nice enough for the price we paid. Everything worth going to is at least a 15 min walk or you’d need to drive. Would recommend if you’re looking for a laid back, no frills stay.
