「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The host is great with communication. We had the most wonderful time in New York City. We would stay at the apartment again if we should ever have the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this residence.」

「The duplex pent house was perfect for our fam of 4. The kids each took the larger two sofa beds and we ordered a rollaway bed for the youngest. The kitchen was nice but basic. There was no tea for the hot water kettle, no coffee for the coffeemaker, only cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the big bath and walk in shower. The bed upstairs was comfy but the kids complained that the sofa beds were not. The owner graciously let us check in early thankfully because the luggage closet downstairs...

「とりあえず立地が良いです。ホテル周辺にいくつか地下鉄の駅があるので大体の場所に乗り換えずに行くことが出来ました。タイムズスクエア等徒歩で行ける観光地もありました。 部屋については、清潔さは海外のホテルにしてはまあまあきれいでした。排水も問題ありません。清掃は入りませんしタオルの交換もありませんが、キッチンもついており便利でした。食器類はあまり多くありませんでした。」
