Fantastic location in the Lower East Side. We walked everywhere or took the subway, the hotel was close enough to restaurants/shopping but still surprisingly quiet inside. Loved the modern/minimalist decor and light touch service. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to NYC!

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the location and were able to go everywhere we needed by cab, subway and on foot. Thanks for making our first trip to Brooklyn so wonderful. We will be returning to your hotel with regularity.

What an awesome place to stay! I was in NY for a short, last minute trip and got a great deal here. The apartment was so cute and just perfect! Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker... everything you need, especially for a longer trip if the plan is to eat some meals in and save. I also had no idea how close to Times Square it was so that was amazing, though after the first night I had to buy a sleeping mask and ear plugs to help (luckily there was a CVS a block away). Small little hotel in the middle of everything. The staff was great and accessible during the days, rooms were made up every day and very clean. It's located right on E 9th at 1st Ave next to a coffee shop with tons of restaurants and bars located walking distance.

Nice and clean bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside is there is no check-in counter. Everything is done online. Be sure to have your check-in information before going and do not come any minute earlier than check-in time which is at 4pm. Your code to access the building will only work after check-in time. And you cannot request for late check out. Other than this the overall experience is great. There is no on site parking spaces but you can find FREE street parking within 300...

There is a 24/7 doorman that will have your key for you if you check in late. It's very easy to open the door to the apartment, the key turns left and hold it to the left to open the door. The room and bathroom have been upgraded, it looks modern and was immaculate, with fresh clean bedding and linens. The floor was clean as well as the bathroom. It was perfect for us and we would stay here again. Close to everything in the city, just walk outside and go.
