The room was smallish but reasonably comfortable. It would have been much better if the storage had been adequate. The 2-sectioned wardrobe had one usable section. The other section had the fridge and beverage items. Access to the car park was rather convoluted and involved navigating stairs. There are plenty of eating options around, and the St Kilda pier was closeby.

A nice presentable and stylish room with Next Hotel by Hitlon, close to everything in Melb CDB (bring good walking shoes), excellent housekeeping, clean and refreshing, good shower after a big day out.

All the basics you require for a place to sleep and shower at. Bring your own plates and utensils. Property could do with a makeover.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff were caring supportive and helpful. However it must be said that the property was tired and in need of a refit. Noise related to plumbing was intrusive.
