"Some things to consider: Bed cubicles are cozy and private. Building is quiet. Only one bathroom (one shower, one toilet, two sinks) for men. Double that for women, as they are allowed to use the "men" bathroom also. Staff did not speak much English. About 15 minutes walk to Hakata, the closest subway/train station. Payment at the hostel is cash only. Check in required before 8 pm without previous arrangement for late arrival."

"The hostel was in a convenient spot for our time in fukuoka. Check-in and checkout were super easy. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable. In general, all of our stays in japan had firmer beda but this bed made it hard to get good sleep. Overall would recommend for location and price but wish the beds were better"

"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. "Very excellent service and management. This hotel is fabulous! The room was very luxurious and clean. Staffs were kind and responsive. I received the Expedia VIP upgrade and it was very well done. In addition to the luxurious room on the top floor (next to the gym and vending machine), I was given a complimentary ticket to a cafe located in the center (Hakata station). The employees there welcomed me and explained me the options. I chose coffee cake and those were very good. Location of the hotel is not on the main street, but nonetheless very close to the metros and easy to get to on foot by metro. Basically, it was the best service you could receive from a non-five-star hotel."
