"Convenient location. Adequate parking. Room 107 comments: Housekeeping staff needs training. We had to ask for fresh towels. Our trash was never emptied. The lavatory fixture leaked all around the base, and the lavatory sink does not drain properly. We reported all of this. The coffee maker did not work. The touch/swivel bed lights did not work. No printed info about the TV and/or WIFI connections. Really nice small restaurant and bar. BEST BREAKFAST ever!!!!! outstanding coffee for breakfast. Helpful print materials in lobby. There needs to update renovations in bathroom—dated and worn look overall. We would stay there again and hope for some updates. Again; amazing breakfasts!!!!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Inn on Alameda! We have stayed in fancier places before but the atmosphere, staff, food, drinks, and rooms were great! Everyone from the front desk to the servers, bar tenders, and those who provided shuttle services were incredibly nice, helpful and went above and beyond expectations to make sure our stay was a great one. They have great guacamole too! They also provided shuttle services to places within a mile or so of the inn for convenience, but most things in the main part of Santa Fe were walkable. And their breakfast..... the best! It was not fake eggs and cheap foods. It had scrambled eggs (the real ones!), beans, sauces, sausages, and rotated other items such as sausage gravy, pancakes, and yummy hashbrowns! Additionally, they had pastries, english muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and more. We would definately come back and highly recommend this beautiful, quaint inn when visiting Santa Fe!"

"Was asked if I needed daily housekeeping. I said once in the three days would be fine. Wrong answer! I did not receive the cleaning. Came back to the room and had to get the front desk supply everything. In the future I will ask for daily housekeeping."

"The breakfast options were good and the Happy Hour choices were fine. The staff was very accommodating. The availability of the shuttle and kindness of the drivers was exceptional. They would take us anywhere and give suggestions about some tourist areas. Very nice stay."

"The hotel was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable. However the entire hotel was shabby from the front porch furniture to the frayed sofas and carpet. The bathroom was small and outdated. The entire hotel is on one heating/ac unit therefore the guests could not regulate the temperature in their room. An antiquated system. Not at all impressed."
