"Internet was a hit or miss"

"Every staff member we interacted with - 8 or 9 of them - seemed genuinely proud to work there. Excellent across the board. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a good experience. The room itself was clean and well-kept, but unfortunately our view was directly into another room. That said, the blackout curtains provided full privacy and weren’t an issue once closed. The staff stood out right away, very friendly and helpful from the start. When we noticed the pullout couch bed didn’t have blankets, a quick call to the front desk had it resolved immediately. One downside was the elevators. The hotel only has two, and one was out of service for several days during our stay. We actually got stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes. However, the staff responded quickly, were very empathetic, and made the situation right, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was a big plus. It’s a buffet-style setup with pastries, cereal, fruit, and a rotating selection of hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. They did a great job keeping it stocked and consistent each day. Location is hard to beat, right in the middle of everything and directly across from the Space Needle, which made getting around extremely easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again because of the excellent staff, clean rooms, and unbeatable location."

"Most of the staff was responsive and helpful, however, there was one young lady who seemed glued to her cell phone and asking her any questions seemed like an imposition. Otherwise the staff was friendly and supportive and the location was good for my meetings. The room was comfortable with good coffee maker and a hot water maker! I will book again."
