"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly-especially the buffet staff member known as Grandma Pat!!! 10 stars for her! The breakfast buffet had a good amount of options and they rotated some of their items daily. Location was great, view was amazing. I got the space needle view and it was such a sight to be able to look out to! And the terrace was nice to have. They even provided barbecuers for those interested in doing a barbecue up top. Really, the whole experience was great! The ONLY things I would hope for improvement and to warn others of is that their elevators kept having issues. That’s not the biggest deal because there were the stairs option for those willing to take it. The bigger issue we had was the parking garage. It was VERY tight. We drove a mini van and had a hard time being able to fit into some of the compact spots. There was a point where we witnessed someone driving a Ford F150 that struggled getting out, I believe they ended up hitting one of the vertical concrete beams. For $50 a night, I did wished they would have warned us of that before we opted to park there. Overall, though, the hotel was still a great option and I would definitely stay there again."

"I loved this place. The staff were so nice and welcoming. I didn’t feel stupid for all the questions I asked. They were extremely friendly. The room view wasn’t the best. I got a king size bed so maybe that’s why. I didn’t spend much time in my room. The seller for me was the location. I needed some where close to everything and this was it. It was walking distance to everything!! 10 minutes from pike place. The second seller was the rooftop lounge area. 24 hour access. I was the only one up there both nights. Best stay. I definitely recommend this place for one night or more. I was there two and it was perfect. The only thing I would be aware of is the parking. Not very convenient. There are two loading zones on the street and a parking garage across the street after check in. "
