"It's the PERFECT location for staying in Macon. LGBTQ Friendly and it's super quiet. You're next to everything and rarely have to move your car. I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my stay for another night. "

"Hotel room sized apartment was newly renovated and very clean. Property location is perfectly situated in downtown Macon, across the street from Strayer University and close to Mercer College. Walking distance to all downtown activities. Description is very accurate and communication with owner was very good. Address does lead you to a different Loft and finding building 100 was not easy. Basically you need to find the parking lot off of Plum Street to find building 100, as building is NOT...

"I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location was perfect, being in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants and close enough to the mall and other small shops."

The listing did not clarify the parking options
The Check-in communication was very lacking
