This 3 bedroom 3bath condo on the first floor with ocean front balcony was a Very pleasant unit for a family group of 6. Overall I would give it a B rating. On the positive side a good layout, up to date kitchen appliances, kitchen equipment good except for no bowls, and the beds comfortable and living areas comfortable. The tv worked well and was easy to use. On the negative there were large stained areas on some of the carpets, the bedding needs to bereplaced, the lights were small and dim, and there were spots on the.bathroom walls, and the pillows were not comfortable. Although the rental description stated that this unit was updated, it still needs some updating.
