Beach Lovers is a second row four-bedroom, four-bath home with loft located 0.7 miles from Garden City Pier and only a few steps from the ocean. This home features an open living and dining room floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator), washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, fireplace, and ceiling fans. Six flat screen TVs, DVD player, Blu-ray, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, two double, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets. Two master suites have ocean views and private baths. The outdoor living space features a 26-by-13-foot private swimming pool, front porch, upper sun deck, third deck adjacent to the kitchen overlooking the pool, and Weber gas grill. The pool may be heated Labor Day through Memorial Day when temperatures are above 55°. The property offers access from both front and rear streets and ample parking for multi-family stays. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
