We arrived later than planned, after contacting reception via intercom, advised which was our room and given code for keysafe, found that ( in the dark on adjacent wall, lighting not good but had phone torch ) and after finding room ( site not that well lit ) we opened the door by key only to find it already occupied !!! Key also rather alarmingly fitted a neighbouring room ( with a very similar room name so in the dark the confusion by the occupier in our room could be forgiven ) and as that other room was set up ready we just moved in. Once inside the room was clean, pleasant etc but not without mosquitoes who fed on us well that night !!

Access to your account with the booking company is needed to read messages sent by the host. I didn't find this useful. The kia studio is quiet, comfortable, quality and clean. Cooking (apart from toaster & microwave) was at the outdoor (covered) barbecue. A cleaning cloth for the stainless surfaces would be welcome.
