Good, if on the expensive side
Hotel near town, but set back so quiet, able to sleep with window open. Pool (and spa?) included in price, but never got round to using them! Hotel is expensive for 3 stars, but maybe because there's not a lot of choice around Munster. Rooms look to have been recently renovated. Dinner was extortionate (looking at the menu) we ate in town. Overall, can recommend.

Beautiful town
The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was good. The room was very large for my family of four. The beds were average comfort-comparable to other European hotels. Slightly older but clean. We didn't get a chance to use pool but it looked nice. We enjoyed the park out back and loved visiting the Catholic Church and Christmas Market. It was a beautiful small town with a short ten minute drive the the larger and also beautiful Colmar.

Okay but beware its a lot larger than it looks
Broadly speaking the hotel is fine, but it is very large and therefore you do feel like you are staying in a factory. There is less courtesy as you are one of hundreds. This is really apparent at breakfast - the one day we took breakfast there were so many people milling around that it was just chaotic: no cutlery to find becuase they couldnt replenish it quickly enough, tureens of warm food completely empty for the last forty minutes of serving, etc. so you just feel like a bit like you are taken for granted. So we avoided breakfast the other days and went into town instead! Munster itself is pleasant and a great gateway to Alsace; beware that you will find it hard to eat there after about 9pm as restaurants are in short supply and seem to close early so book if you possibly can.

Hôtel très beau, très propre et espace spa au top même si quelques équipements (buses dans le bassin multi jets, et nage contre courant dans le bassin de nage) ne fonctionnaient pas ! Chambre petite mais jolie, confortable et très propre ! Bravo aux personnels de ménage Petit déjeuner très correct et varié mais rien d'extraordinaire non plus ! On en voit de semblables dans tous les hôtels de ce type. Le personnel de salle très discret et les femmes de ménage très aimables et polies ! Parcontre le personnel de la réception laisse à désirer : accueil courtois mais sans plus ! On vous demande votre nom, vous fait payer une caution et on vous balance le carton contenant votre numéro de chambre et vos clefs sur le comptoir. On ne vous explique pas où est votre chambre sauf si vous le demandez ! On ne vous propose pas de petits déjeuners pour le lendemain sauf si vous le demandez, on ne vous propose pas de réservation au restaurant sauf si vous demandez. On ne vous explique pas le fonctionnement de l'hôtel : entrée, sortie, horaires et lieu du spa, on ne vous montre pas où prendre votre repas, on ne vous présente pas les équipements de l'hôtel.....et surtout pas de sourire ! Nous avons passé 2 nuits et c'est tout juste si nous avons eu droit à être salués lorsque nous passions devant la réception. Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter ce genre d'établissement et c'est la première fois que nous avons été aussi mal aceuillis ! Dommage !

Excellente étape
Juste pour une nuit, en étape pour des vacances en Allemagne, notre séjour à été excellent. Le personnel est disponible, serviable, très professionnel. La chambre est parfaite en dimension, le seul problème, emportez avec vous une lampe frontale car pour raison économique je pense les lumières sont tellement tamisées qu’on n’y voit absolument rien. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, un choix énorme en froid, chaud et divers thés et cafés. Horaires excellents car commencent tôt.

L'hôtel et la décoration sont magnifiques, surtout pendant les fêtes de Noël. La partie spa est très bien faite avec les deux piscines.

Chambre familiale propre. Personnel compétent que ce soit au service ou à l'accueil. Seul petit bémol : au moment du départ, il n'y a que deux personnes à l'accueil pour gérer l'afflux des personnes sur le même horaire de départ, ce qui engendre une certaine attente et peut être source d'erreurs des personnes à l'accueil, qui facturent le séjour.

Très bon hôtel. Cadre reposant. Chambre très confortable, spatieuse et très propre. L'espace détente, piscine, spa est parfait pour se ressourcer et se détendre. Munster est un joli petit village.

Groot comfortabel hotel met alle faciliteiten
Fijne kamer met goede bedden. In de ochtend heerlijk genoten in het zwembad en de sauna. Het restaurant was al volgeboekt bij aankomst. Hierdoor roomservice op de kamer besteld. Dat zijn geen volwaardige maaltijden en duur maar wel lekker. Prima verblijf en zeker wel een aanrader.
