"スタッフがとても親切で片言の英語でもすぐに理解してくれました。自転車レンタルもありやり方も親切に教えてくれました。チェックアウト後も荷物をロッカーにセルフで預けられてとても便利でした。また是非泊まりたいです。"

"部屋をアップグレードしてくれたのか、すごく広い部屋でゆっくりできました。キッチンも着いてるので長期滞在する人にはいいと思います。使った食器類は自分で洗うようにチェックイン時にスポンジを渡されます。ペットボトルの水は置いてなく、フロント横のウォーターサーバーを自由に使える感じです。チェックアウト時にキャリーケースを預けたのですが、その際にスタッフから引換証を渡されませんでした。ピックアップ時に引換証が無いと渡せませんと言われ困りました。何とか説得して出して貰えましたが、その際にスーツケースの特徴や、キャリーオンバッグの中に入っているものを荷物の見えない所で事細かく聞かれ、私の持ち物だと判断してくれたので出してくれた感じです。すごい疑われながら色々聞かれ、こっちは空港にこれから向かう時間がない中で説得せねばならず、残念な気持ちになりました。そもそも、引換証を渡さなかったのはそちらのミスなのに、誤りもされず本当に不快でした。部屋が良かっただけに残念です。"

"立地は初めてオランダに行ったならびっくりすると思います。危険じゃないけどいろいろオランダの分かりにくい乗り継ぎの上に結構遠いので。特にザーンダムのバス駅が分かりにくかったりアムステルダム駅からだとバスの乗り換えが分かりにくかったり。でもそれさえ慣れてしまえば2日目以降は考えが変わります。部屋は新しいしお得な金額だし意外と交通の便いいし、誰かとお祝いで行くのでなければオススメ出来ます。バス関係は冷静に対処できる人なら大丈夫"
