Kalte Wohnung mit zu wenigen und kleinen Heizkörpern. Heizungsanlage defekt, Stromausfall bei Überlastung der Heizungsanlage.Kaltes Wasser zum duschen.Kein Netflix wie in der Anzeige. Keine Kaffeepads wie in der Anzeige. Backofen funktioniert nicht.Gastgeber nicht erreichbar. FeWo direkt keine Hilfe.Abreise musste erfolgen bei Kostenübernahme durch den Gast.
