LPQ isn’t the most vegan-friendly place in Mumbai, but their banana split detox - made with chia seeds, coconut milk, granola, pomegranate, dark chocolate and banana - is worth the trip to BKC! Make sure you show up before 11 am on a weekday or for Sunday brunch so it’s still being served.

No one does salads like Kitchen Garden by Suzette. I like to make my own, with barley or bulgur, lots of nuts, micro greens, roasted beet roots, chickpeas or falafel, and a balsamic vinegar dressing. An energy-packed and filling meal, especially when clubbed with a vegan chocolate smoothie 😋
