「Night staff change me Rs 1200 just to go international terminal, in day it cost Rs 500 and at 11.00 pm they charge Rs 1200. I feel that im cheated.」

「No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room. 」

「Got it for less than $5 a night during a flash sale. You get what you pay for! The place is difficult to locate. The dorms stank of old socks and shoes, the bathroom was humid and didn’t flush well. Breakfast was ok, but i saw some roaches crawling on walls and in the bread box. Had to ask then to crank up the AC, the dorm was a little warm. Staff was helpful though. It was an ok stay, perhaps 2 or 3 stars.」

「Payment not received 」

「Everything was perfect. 15-20min ride to the BOM domestic terminal with light traffic.」
