The bathroom in our room could use a deep cleaning, and the shower was falling apart. Destination amenity fee is a total scam: includes access to a gym that is a block away, “free water” but you have to ask at the front desk for it and it’s just cheap water bottles that are warm (the larger Evian bottles that are stocked in the room are an extra $8 charge). On our last night we came back to our room being 81 degrees F, when we called the front desk they said it was a building issue affecting multiple rooms and there was nothing they could do. Honestly wish I just paid a bit extra upfront for a better hotel.

Beautiful building, but I was on the street level floor and it was too loud with outside noises.

Such a pretty and quiet hotel. I loved all the touches from the fresh flowers in the lobby to the little water and snack station on the same floor as my room. I would 100% recommend and stay here again.

First off the rate that "included taxes and fees" is a lie- was charged additional 33.66 for convenience? No not for parking. Then I understand it is an old building but still- everything is weathered down, when tried to wash up and brush teeth at night could not get cold water - and hot and cold faucets were pouring hot water, not cold -HOT. In the morning had cold and hot water, no explanation available -"some room had that happen before". Its a mystery. in other words not impressed if not to say more.
