"食事の時にテーブルごとに声かけてくださり気持ちよく食事ができました。
とても大満足でした。
ただ、温泉も朝と夜で入れ替わるの で2回入るのですが、タオルをフロントに借りに行ったら料金がかかると言われました。今までタオルが有料って言われたことがなかったので、衝撃的でした。ただ、その施設のルールもあるのでそれはいいのですが、タオルは有料になるということをもっとわかりやすく周知しておいてほしかったです。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、
場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。
それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。
それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。
温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"
