"Hotel was a bit old looking but also showed signs of remodeling. It was an okay hotel. Parking was free which was a plus. rooms did not smell which is a plus. But some cons was that there was rust present throughout different areas and the bed sheets did not fully cover the bed."

Joshua Weber went out of his way to help engage the general manager to assist as it was a miscommunication through Expedia and Tien Vo, the GM, called me back immediately and resolved it. I got points back worth way more than the pet charge. Almost immediately. Incredible. Staff is just the best at every single level. You will be valued at this property for sure....
