The Windsor Suites
Good location but house keeping very lacking (my room was not cleaned for 2 weeks, had to request TP & towels, trash was never removed, elevators were not vacuumed weekly let alone daily) worst was expensive headphones left behind, notified front desk 6am from airport - never found.

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Maybe it was just this weekend, with basketball and volleyball tournaments, and teams staying at the hotel, but the place was hectic, the elevator broke down (I had to walk down 20 flights of stairs to meet up with my family), and they didn't clean the room.
