"The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."

"The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! "Very impressive hotel on Okinawa. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was of a great quality, if a little expensive - daily set meals were the best value but limited the choice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices where to eat and what to eat. Nice that you could change a breakfast for a lunch if you wanted, we did that one day and it was good. Great pool areas and nice to have adult only pools."

"We had a nice stay in a condo which was really spacious and had everything we needed like kitchen, washing machine and dryer, large balcony with ocean views, free parking. However, the property itself is located on a hill so you can really walk to the beach and need to drive. Also, the swimming pool was occupied by families with kids and there were a lot of them using water pistols, swim rings etc. We literally couldn’t get to the pool at all which was really disappointing. For property with so many families and little kids there should be a pool that would be adults only And for all western tourists I must mention breakfast - it is super limited."
