This was the best decision for us, and literally saved us $2,000 on accomodation. We had a pool when it was hot, a roof and sun loungers, a gym, then in-room basic cooking and washing facilities, and aircon in both the sitting and bedroom areas. We were nice and cool for the heat wave. Our hosts were attentive and fast to respond to things (eg asked for more towels, more bowls). They also took advice on a couple of improvements. I was worried about noise, but with soft ear plugs I slept fine. It's a big city so is a bit noisy, but I couldn't hear the trains which was my main concern. It was a quick walk to everything: supermarket, coffee shop, tram, bus etc. If you want to have your basic needs met and save money, this is a great option. We stayed with our 21 year old daughter and she could go out as she wanted to see the nightlife, she was happy with our accomodations. If you don't mind a place where you get a service once a week (the housekeeping is not the same people as those who run the hotel), and your decor is a bit tired but completely clean and functional and it saves you a decent chunk of money? Highly recommend. I would stay again.

It was okay. It was our third stay and we have found each stay to be a little more underwhelming than the last. Booked a deluxe twin and it felt anything but deluxe, not facing Darling Harbour but into office buildings at the back of the hotel. Bedside table and desk with patches of something sticky on them. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to. The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price. Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.

It’s a great location. Easy access to everything by walking. Wish breakfast was a little better.
