I'm not sure why Hotel Pico Velasco is rated only 3 stars, perhaps due to the lack of a spa or concierge service. However, in my opinion, it deserves a much higher rating. The hotel's charm, character, and exceptional service make it a truly fantastic choice. I highly recommend Hotel Pico Velasco to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience.
