"Beautiful resort with so much to offer! Staff is amazing. So friendly and interactive! It's obvious that customer service is top priority for this place. Very close to the airport. A little further for the excursions, but not bad. Love that there are separate areas for families/kids and adults. Lots of pool options and the private beach (Paradise beach) is a short walk from the main part of the property and beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend. "

He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out.
