We were very impressed with the hotel and it was great value for the cost of the one night.

The room was nice, clean and at a great location for a stay prior to an early flight out of Auckland or late flight into Auckland. Was perfect and would stay again when travelling. The staff member at reception was super friendly and very helpful.

We had the perfect overnight stay at the Novotel. Check-in was fast and friendly and the staff gave my son a stuffed kiwi toy which he LOVES. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well. Every aspect of the experience was 10/10 for a layover recovery between flights.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend the restaurant on the 9th floor.

We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉
