"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

You couldn’t ask for a better location close to Mottolino, an easy walk to the shops, ski rental and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and well maintained during our stay. The wellness area was amazing after a day of skiing. "

"It’s a very simple hotel in the center of the village, with a very basic breakfast selection (if you want orange juice, they charge EUR 5.5). It’s not ski-in ski-out, the shower is very small, there’s no minibar, and the room temperature control wasn’t working. The staff were very attentive"
