Amazing lodge rooms were super clean great ski slope and Mountain View’s Ski lift is right outside in the backyard doesn’t get any more convenient than that great for a skiing trip Great sauna pool and breakfast super friendly and helpful staff

Abbiamo prenotato per una camera alpin spa, verso le 17 ci siamo accorti che l’acqua calda non andava, lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception sono saliti a vedere e hanno costatato che l’acqua calda non arrivava ma solo tiepida e ci hanno detto che potevamo usarla così che non era fredda… per cui non abbiamo potuto né usare la vasca né la doccia prima di uscire a cena. Calcolando che alle 10 c’è il check out praticamente abbiamo prenotato una stanza con determinati servizi che non abbiamo potuto usare.

In Transit and Stopover in Livigno

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, auch noch spät am Abend. Check-In hervorragend, keine offenen Fragen. Zimmer ok, nicht mehr auf dem Neusten Stand, Matratzen ein wenig hart. Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft kann den Schlaf rauben. Leider empfiehlt sich das Frühstücks-Buffet, entgegen den Vor Voten, als wenig berauschend. Beurteilung: very poor.

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata,abbiamo effettuato il check in con un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile il mattino seguente abbiamo saldato il pagamento del pernottamento. La sera al nostro rientro ci siamo trovati il nottolino della serratura della porta cambiato senza essere stati avvisati al nostro arrivo. Proviamo ad entrare e ci siamo trovati chiusi fuori. Il personale ha subito provveduto,ma il motivo del cambiamento non è stato molto chiaro,e ci sono state fornite le nuove chiavi della camera,all’interno della camera segatura e viti a terra. Peccato per questo dí servizio per il resto nella norma.
