「The house was spacious, with large bedrooms and a fully appointed kitchen. It was unseasonably cold when we were there mid-January, but the two heat pumps and three oil column heaters provided were very effective. 」

「We had a great stay at Simon’s place while we were visiting family in Dunedin. The whole house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable which was awesome because we stayed for over a week. It was in a great location for us and was easy to get around. There is a supermarket 500m down the road which is handy as well. My only concern with a young family was that the dining room is separate from the kitchen so having kids take their breakfast cereal through themselves was a bit stressful....

「My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds and rooms were comfortable. Everything was clean and up to date. Kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, and we ended up doing laundry as well. We did not attempt to park in the property driveway, but there was plenty of street parking nearby.」
