モリスロー ホテル

「Was a nice stay . ! Friendly staff , nothing bad to say」

「Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Breakfast included yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and coffee to enjoy the meal. There is a washer and dryer. We had a comfortable stay.」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the property definitely needs some repairs and upgrades. The room had a horrible, stale smell the moment I walked in, and it also needs better lighting because it felt quite dark. I was also disappointed to find out that I was charged twice. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia, but when I checked my credit card, I noticed that the hotel had charged me again. Thankfully, I caught the double charge right...

「The staff was amazing!」

「Clean and confortable.」

「The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Staff at check in were neither friendly nor helpful. Guest services is likely not the best suited position for them. No breakfast included, coffee in lobby was not filled or not working during our stay. The vending machines do not include water as an option (photos on site not accurate).」

「good」

「Rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. I forgot to ask for non-smoking room but still received a room that was smoke free.」
