"We are a family of 11 adults from Boston, CT, NYC, & TX who gathered for a 4-day reunion and visit elderly grandparents at St Teresa. Nikki’s place was magical! From the moment we stepped inside we were bowled over by the views, spaciousness and cleanliness of the home, and a kitchen & dining space that is perfect for our “tribe.” Nikki has decorated and equipped the home so beautifully and thoughtfully! For a mid-February stay, the weather was perfect. We got to experience one dramatic storm and then beautiful warm weather perfect for long walks on the beach in jeans and t-shirts. Having a grill was so great for a celebration dinner as our youngest son proposed to his girlfriend there on the beach. Nikki went the extra mile to put us in contact with a professional photographer (Jenna Reichert) who came by for family photos. I wholeheartedly give this stunning home a thousand stars — Thank you Nikki! "

"This home was an absolute gem. Tucked away in a quiet, secluded beach community, it offered the perfect escape for rest and relaxation. The house itself is beautifully done with a coastal beach vibe that feels both stylish and welcoming. It was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home.The kitchen was especially impressive—gracious, well laid out, and perfect for cooking and gathering. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach made our stay even more special.Excellent communication with the very accommodating host. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful retreat in Carabelle, Florida, this place is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again."
