    The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop and within 3.6 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Please note: the owners live on site and have their own dogs. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Granary is a lovely base for your next getaway in Northumbria. Three well-behaved dogs welcome.

    The lovely market town of Morpeth is situated centrally in Northumberland and is an ideal base from which to reach the coast or countryside. Offering the remains of an historic castle, lovely parks, riverside walks, ancient architecture and churches and an old chantry with a bagpipe museum, Morpeth is also ideal for visiting surrounding attractions such as Druridge Bay to the east, with miles of golden sands, the vibrant city of Newcastle to the south, Alnwick to the north, with its castle and gardens and the National Trust's Wallington Hall to the west. There is also access to the Simonside and Cheviot Hills, with good walking amidst beautiful countryside.
