「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「街の中心部からバスで10分ほどかかり、バス停からもさらに徒歩15分ほどかかるので少しアクセスは悪いが、静かなところにあり、とても綺麗で良い宿泊施設です。」

「ホテルはベリンゾーナ郊外の住宅地にあり、世界遺産の観光にはとても不便でした。ホテルの部屋から隣のアパートの住民が芝刈りをする様子がよく見えます。 雨が降っていたので特に考えずにホテルのレストランで食事をしましたが、田舎ホテルのレストランにも関わらず、お値段がミシュランの2つ星ぐらいしてびっくりでした。 メインは鳩のお肉を頼み、味は良かったものの、飴玉ほどの大きさのお肉が4粒ほど出てきたのみで、女性の私でも夕食後もお腹がすいたままでした。結局ホテルから5分ぐらいあるイタリアレストランに行き、ポルチーニのリゾットをテークアウェイする羽目になってしまいました。」

「レセプションでの対応はスムーズで、感じが良かったです。部屋は清潔感があり不自由ありません。ただ備え付けのコーヒーメーカーが壊れていたのが残念です。朝食は簡素ですが十分だと思います。コーヒーが主流の街で、紅茶党の私も満足できるお茶が用意されていたのは有り難かったです。駅や観光地、旧市街からも近く、立地は申し分ないと思います。」

「パーキングが500mと離れていて不便。結局近くのパーキングにいれた。 インターネットは部屋ではほぼ繋がらないです。一階のロビーまで降りて皆さんされてました。 近くに美味しいレストランありました。」

「エアコンの効きが非常にわるく、バスルームの換気も悪かったので、部屋全体が蒸し暑かった。冷蔵庫がない。立地はいい。朝食もまんぞく。 」
