"The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."

"We were so happy with this property! It was spotlessly clean and included all the necessities. We had 6 adults and 2 children and the layout accommodated us perfectly. Thanks to Brent and Sarah for making themselves available to answer any questions."

"This was perfect for our family. It was the perfect hub for kids and grandkids. Plenty of room, fishing on the lake, playing in the backyard, close to the park and golfing. I had no complaints! It is close to the airport, but far ebough away we reaally didnt hear them unless we were outsidw. The kiddos loved watching the row teams on the lake in the morning as well!"

"We came with a group of high school seniors for a class trip, and it was perfect. It was very spacious and offered plenty to keep everyone entertained. We highly suggest staying at this property!"

"The stay was perfect for our fur babies! Our family that lives in town aren't too fond of our fur babies so they weren't invited to the Easter festivities!lol! However,this pet friendly home welcomed them with open arms!! The stairs up and down were a bit much for our senior dog but our lap dog had a blast zooming around all the hardwood floors!! Didn't do lots of cooking, as we ate with family most days but the home was equipped with the basics to cook a meal for the family! Great place to stay if you need a safe, comfy place to chill while in town or safe haven for your fur babies yo lounge while you do the town!!"
