"The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel."

"This hotel we perfect for us, the rooms are on the smaller side or what you would expect in the UK however my partner and I made it work, the hotel is a short walk from a station with a Lawsons right opposite.
