"Beautiful peaceful location set in the mountains and overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful too. My only criticism is it could have done with a good clean and good airing and updated bed linen and to have had a maid to at least change to towels. We also couldn’t find the outside bins and recycling so clear instructions would help but apart from that it was perfect."

"Nice location away from the activity of the waterfront, but still a short drive away. Parking was easy both at the apartment and down at the beach (we have a 9 seat van). Very helpful host, easy check in/out and easy to reach with any questions. Apartment was well equipped and the two terraces were lovely. Beautiful sunsets most night we were there. Would absolutely stay again."

"Salvatore e la sua famiglia sono stati super accoglienti . Ci sono venuti a prendere (in dieci!) alla stazione e ci hanno fatto sentire molto a casa. La casa e molto grande a tre piani con bagni a ogni piano. Ci ha aiutato a noleggiare macchine, a darci consigli e ci ha pure lasciato una montagna di pomodori freschi dal giardino! Grazie Salvatore a te e a tutta la tua famiglia, e stata un’esperienza bellissima!"

"Beautiful, private, comfortable, authentic. Giuseppe was always available, kind, and generous; he even picked me up at the station. I found the experience of living under the olive trees deeply transformative. The walk to Pisciotta is steep and lovely, taking 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your level of fitness. Walking to the beach is more like 40 minutes to an hour. Don't forget the part about sheets and towels."

"A wonderfully clean villa with everything required for a self catering holiday. A real home from home. The view from the extensive terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains was splendid. "The location is about 20 km from Maratea and about 1 km or so above the beach and perhaps 600 meters to an old village, The photo of the water is NOT from the suite, which looks out over backwards and an a soccer field with the sea in the distance.
