The staff are over the top amazing. They treat you like gold and cater to your every whine. Genaro and the wait staff are incredible and make our family feel like Royalty! Great place and great people. Nice quiet location overlooking Mount Vesuvius. Just breath taking. Can’t wait to return again.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.
