"The house was well presented and the amenities in the bathroom, kitchen and living areas were clean and tidy. Great location and the house and location really feel like a coastal getaway. Rooms were spacious and well separated from each other. Will come again "

"The host was very prompt with all communication. They made an effort to ensure all forms of check-in went smoothly and were available if needed. The house was beautiful, even better than the photos. The ocean/river/lake which connects to the property was a great feature - and was used quite a bit. There was enough dishes and containers for the group. With the lounge located in the main area, with plenty of room for people to gather around and watch the TV.I would 100% recommend this place. It was a reasonable price for the group and not too far away from the activities in Coffs Harbour."

"There was flyscreens missing on over half the windows. This is okay if the property has aircon not good at over 35 degrees and bugs are prevelant. The garage was unable to be used okay if theprpoerty is on flat ground in a normal sized street not good on the side of a hill. Carpets damaged and filthy. Knowing the proprty now will never rent it again."
