"Our family totally enjoyed our two night stay in Blanding to view the “ring of fire” eclipse. Saturday morning we used the comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the eclipse. Then several of us soaked in the nice hot tub. We appreciated the welcome basket, the comfortable furnishings, and the quiet neighborhood."

I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and...
