This property was great for our party of 8. There was plenty of room for all and it was very clean as well. The hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of a fun day! Tip: the pizza place in town was great!

A nice break in Blanding

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Blanding. It was a welcome break in between two days of long travel between Arches and the Grand Canyon. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have the kitchen for meal prep.

This is a gem of a place I highly recommend it for a place to stay to enjoy southeastern Utah. The host was great and inviting, we will definitely stay there again. Very clean and comfortable, felt just like home!!

We had a couple issues when we arrived, but Bailey took care of it right away. She replied to our messages promptly. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. Beds were comfortable. Recommend it!

We had a good stay. The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. Note that arriving on Sunday evening there isn't any restaurants (except Subway and A&W) or supermarkets open.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!!

Absolutely loved this stay! So clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub under the stars was amazing. The owner was very friendly. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!! Loved having separate rooms for everyone and 2 bathrooms!

Great place, especially for larger groups. We were a party of theee, but could easily accommodate 8. Nice thoughtful touches, like eclipse glasses, which is what we were there for. Highly recommend!

Good place for groups to stay in Blanding.

Good value for 8 persons. Good size beds except for a pair of twins (ok for kids). The lighting was poor, in the kitchen and bath (need brighter bulbs). Neighborhood was residential and very quiet.

The reality of the property did not match the pictures and reviews on Expedia. We walked in saw hole in wall, mold on bathroom ceiling, broken blinds, etc. it sits in the middle of a trailer park right outside the windows. We took pictures of all we found wrong. Called the host to say we would not be staying and why. Then sent a text with pictures to the host. Never heard anything back. We had to find alternative arrangements for the next three nights. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with an Expedia Customer Rep. They were very helpful. Don’t be scammed by this listing.

Accomodations are excellent. Dick, the onsite representative is great. The only negative is the WiFi. It kept on dropping off.

Property is in a good location and clean inside. However take care in reading the property description. The "laundry" is a coin-operated laundry in the stairwell that takes quarters to run. Gas grill was filthy and had no fuel. The "wood" in the fire pit consisted of twigs collected from the trees around the property. The kitchen was not well equipped. Example: 3 dinner plates in a condo that sleeps 8.
